Compendium of Indicators for Food System Assessment

COMPENDIUM OF INDICATORS FOR FOOD SYSTEM ASSESSMENT

by A4NH | April 30, 2020

Food systems research is a vast topic with many entry points and food systems themselves
are very dynamic and can change quickly. As part of capacity development efforts in leadership on food systems research, A4NH researchers have developed this Compendium of Indicators for Food System Assessment to provide a central place to learn about and compare the different food systems indicators. Also included is information on usage and resources for learning more.

Development of the Compendium was led by researchers from the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT and Wageningen University & Research (WUR). Both organizations are A4NH Managing Partners, while WUR leads A4NH work on Food Systems for Healthier Diets.
