PAPER: FOOD CONSUMPTION AND FOOD SECURITY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN ADDIS ABABA

by A4NH | August 4, 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic has raised concerns worldwide about increases in food insecurity due to mobility restrictions, job and income losses, and other challenges. To gauge the impacts of shocks and the resilience of food systems in Addis Ababa, in August 2020, the authors revisited an August 2019 survey group with questions related to food consumption and household dietary diversity.

The paper, "Food Consumption and Food Security during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Addis Ababa," was published in the American Journal of Agricultural Economics in February 2021.
