Call for Abstracts on Agri-Food Policy & Governance for Nutrition and Health

The Leverhulme Centre for Integrative Research on Agriculture and Health (LCIRAH), a partner of A4NH, is inviting the submission of abstracts for its 4th Annual Research Conference, to be held at Birkbeck College in London, from June 3-4th, 2014. This year’s theme is agri-food policy and governance for nutrition and health.

CGIAR Celebrates World Food Day

On October 16, CGIAR—along with countless individuals and organizations worldwide—observed World Food Day, a day established by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in 1945 to reflect on the state of world hunger, malnutrition, poverty, and agricultural food production.
