INDEPENDENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING- 2012

The Agriculture for Nutrition and Health Program had its first Independent Advisory Committee meeting, on November 7, 2012 in Washington DC at IFPRI HQ.  The objectives of the meeting were;

• to ensure all advisors have an understanding of the A4NH program and its contribution to the mission of the CGIAR;
• to obtain specific advice and recommendations on plans for research programs, partnership strategy and regional engagement, Gender strategy;
• to influence program planning and the finalization of strategy documents;
• to obtain advice at an early stage on development of program impact pathways and theory of change, and monitoring and evaluation plans and implementation;
