The Planning and Management Committee (PMC), which includes CGIAR and non-CGIAR members, oversees the planning, management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the program. Members include representatives from all CGIAR Managing Partners, as well as the two external Managing Partners, in addition to the five Flagship Leaders, the A4NH Director, as well as one member of the Gender, Equity, and Empowerment unit and one member of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning unit. The PMC meets face-to-face twice annually and virtually on a monthly basis.
