IFPRI’s recently released 255-page report, “The Status of Food Security in the Feed the Future Zone and Other Regions of Bangladesh: Results from the 2011-2012 Bangladesh Integrated Household Survey,” presents statistical findings and describes results and conclusions drawn from the 2011-2012 Bangladesh Integrated Household Survey (BIHS).
USAID announced the availability of the report and the BIHS dataset on April 29, 2013 at a high-level conference in Washington, DC, following the G8 New Alliance for Food Security and Nutrition commitments of the U.S. Government.
Coverage of a Bangladesh workshop highlighting findings from the BIHS, is available on IFPRI's South Asia region website and includes links to the agenda, photos and PowerPoint presentations.
