The A4NH Program Management Unit (PMU) consists of a small number of staff based at the lead center, IFPRI, who support the implementation of the program. The PMU has two main functions: to support Flagship Program leaders, the ISC, and the PMC in all aspects of program implementation, and also to coordinate CRP-level programming for monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning; strategic partnerships; capacity development; knowledge management; and communications.
