Each of the five Flagship Programs in Phase II has a designated Flagship Leader that is accountable to the A4NH Director for developing and implementing a high-quality collaborative work plan as well as ensuring quality of the flagship's activities and outputs. In Phase II, individual Flagship Programs are encouraged to have their own management groups, and Flagship Leaders are encouraged to self-manage budgets and work plans mapped to their specific Flagship Program.
